    Here’s What You Will Get

    1. Backstage Stories — “We want M&Ms in the backstage.  (WARNING: ABSOLUTELY NO BROWN ONES).”  Rock star excess, Prima Donnas and Divas, outlandish last minute requests, unacceptable Presidential Suites and impossible to read mood swings, childish tantrums and antics.  And these are often the Event Hosts (our clients) and not the music stars!  While the names will be changed to protect the guilty, we promise to deliver the funniest and craziest tales from behind the VIP ropes.    Our subscribers will also be free to share their own tales from the darkside.  We will laugh.  We will cry.  We will reminisce together.
    2. How to Avoid Worst Case Scenarios and Debacles — We’ve all been there (or heard experiences from others who have).  Contractual disputes, cancellations, money not returned, failing to fulfil obligations, embarrassing moments of inappropriate stage behaviors, unexpected foul language, rejections of reasonable personal requests from the Event Hosts.  Daily Nine will impart strategies and contingencies on how to establish ground rules upfront (when, where and how) both contractually and via relationship management.  So in the end, it won’t be you standing there holding the bag before upset Leadership when things go horribly wrong.
    3. Mediations on What We All Do — Our life’s work extends well beyond site inspections, production advances, selecting Music Artists, poring over details and facing the overall anxiety, uncertainly and stress inherent to our projects.  What does all this really mean in the grander scheme and purpose?  While easy to get lost in 4AM wake up calls, 20 hour shifts onsite, red eye flights, missing friends and family at home, endless days and sleepless nights, we will explore the deeper meaning to it all and how we all serve the world in our own unique ways.
    4. The Next Big Thing – I was once pitched a young up and coming Artist to perform at a Las Vegas casino I booked during the late 2000s for a very modest $25K fee.  Her name?  TAYLOR SWIFT – and I passed on the opportunity!  Flash forward to 2024 – her most recent “Eras” tour grossed over $1Billion.  Whoops!  While we missed on that one – we did not miss on other Artists like Destiny’s Child (with Beyonce) performing for free at a Pediatric Cancer benefit, or Miranda Lambert (who now commands 7 figures) for that same Las Vegas casino, Justin Derulo for Best Buddies in Miami, the list goes on.  In 2025, Artists like Raye, Josiah and the Bonnevilles, The War and Treaty, Marc Scibilia are the “next big things” and they should be on your internal proposals for Leadership.  We will share these ideas with you and ensure your “Seen In All” VIP audiences aren’t just seeing (and being pitched) the Same Old Same Old year after year.
    5. Contractual Tips of the Trade — The era of COVID (and all the ensuing cancellations and money disputes) opened all our eyes to the reality of how much Artist Contracts matter.  Each and every word and Line Item.  Not just the event date, location and performance fee.  We will share real world case studies on how the address all variables upfront to ensure no surprises or conflicts if and when severe adversity hits.
    6. 100% non biased Recommendations on Restaurants, Five Star Properties, Venues and other Event Essentials — We have traversed the world many times over during the three decades of Nine Entertainment.  The best sushi roll in Park City, Utah?  The best hotel to escape the madness when on a Disney Family Vacation?  What is the most convenient and cost effective hotel for the crew to stay for an event in St. Tropez?  The absolute best spot for an outdoor beach themed concert in the Maldives?  Since we only deal with Headline Entertainment at Nine, we have absolutely no horse in the race when it comes to these recommendations.  No kick backs or referral fees, no comps, no commissions, no free rooms – nothing.  So we can freely impart our experiences with the Crème de la Crème in hopes that you someday find yourselves there.
    7. Posting of Read Responses from our Community— Just as I always tell our clients “the best Music Ideas often come from you so please feel free to share”, no doubt your own Backstage Stories and Mediations and Recommendations will be worthy of sharing with our audience.  We all work in a very specific niche and usually only we can relate to each other on this deeper plane.  Your son’s baseball coach or local yoga teacher won’t likely know what “no brown M&Ms” means.  We look forward to your input and shared experiences.
    8. Quotes Books Links and More — Given the nature of what we do, a lot of very interesting and engaging people, ideas, theories and works come across our Nashville desks each day.  We will share them all and quite confident you will see your own work and world in theirs.
    9. The Latest and Greatest Creative Ideas — Your leadership and audiences demand nothing but the best from you.  They depend on you to propose ideas that will resonate with your groups who entrust that responsibility on your shoulders.  Music is ALL we do at Nine 24/7.  We don’t do production, we don’t do Speakers, we don’t middle man florals and security and other elements.  We will share the latest and greatest ideas so that your internal proposals (when called upon) aren’t stale, boring and yesterday’s news.
